Class Information

Hatha Yoga

Weaving together grounding, movement, stillness, breath and relaxation, these classes are for everyone. They will be suitable for any level of yoga practice, including beginners.


Crafted from my knowledge of physiology, health and yoga, my aim is for you to gently find your own well-being, a rhythm in regular practice, and companionship with others in the class. These classes are currently on line.
